The customer service was rediculous, they are not bothered about the customer satisfaction but stay as per the rules and regulations which is in just favour of them. they charge extra for everything half day charges that they took from me. and even lesser through make my trip which is around 3700. The manager was literally avoiding the talk by just saying u have arrived early and so even if the rooms are vacant you will have to pay the amount, which seemed rediculous .Its not juat about the money but they are really loosing on people by such arrogant behaviour.
regarding free breakfast they are charging , it does not meet any standards at all and is really tasteless except for the watermelon juice
And i request the guests to not stay there in rainy season as the rooms get filled with rain water and by the time you go out and come ,u will see a mess. and then they make u change the room in between.
Dear Management team, please note that if the customer is not happy, you are the people in loss , customer will definitely bear the loss ,when you blackmail saying they will cut the amount from your staff salary, which is a very wrong attitude and should not be promoted. they are your staff . And please note that there are very very good and cost effective option for stay in Panjim other than yours. You are the one losing on customers.
