Simrose

My experience was average, I guess due to the off season. Went in Sept. Also, I did not know that the property had moved from its original place to another location 800m away. I was expecting it to be next to Jardim (the old location) and created my plans accordingly. However, there were only a few places which were accessible on foot which made my experience avg. Overall, I love the staff. They were very welcoming and provided great service. Food was good. Rooms were not as good as they were in the old location. But overall an average experience due to factors outside of the resort's control.

We stayed with our one year kid,the hotel ambience and food was too good. Especially staff are very friendly.we order customized food for my kid and they served it. only problem no network in the hotel

Simrose is a very hospitable and humanitarian place with a lovely staff. facilities and services they offer are total 5 star. They were a great support on my solo travel during monsoon. They helped me with everything, were very kind and helped me with where and how to travel. I loved the place !

The resort was cozy and quite pretty. It was right on the beach which was a plus. The food at the restaurant was top notch in all aspects- taste, quantity and pricing. The staff was also quite warm. Overall, we had a great stay and would love to go back there.

The rooms are good, property is right on the agonda beach. The food was ok and could have been improved. There were power fluctuations but the hotel staff ws helpful enough. Great stay option at agonda beach. Nice , clean rooms with sea facing options as well. Food was ok , not that great

Simrose is a beach front resort with average rooms. Food quality at the restaurant is average too compared to the exorbitant prices. The only advantage is the beach front. No room service. No telephone in the room. Damp floors and no proper ventilation. Reception staff is ok but no staff is properly trained. Overall average for the prices in monsoon which are high compared to the facility.

Average resort with basic amenities. customers themselves need to fill the water bottles from the reception. Cleaning and hospitality was also basic

Perfect way to sit in the Seaview top room and enjoy the monsoon. Their restaurant below is good. Ajay Kumar who has been with Simrose for decades is particularly entertaining. Worth your while ...

Had a best view clean ambience and nice services we rented bike from reception and enjoyed a lot everything.

We stayed at the property for 5 days and loved every moment. The sea facing villa was right on the agonda beach and we had no complaints. The housekeeping did an excellent job at keeping the room clean. Despite having direct access to the beach from the room. They managed to keep the sand away. The room had amenities such as an electric kettle, cupboard and a locker as well. The sitout area had two chaise lounges and chairs. They share enough fresh towels daily which come in handy. Thank you for making our stay fabulous and we will come back for sure. The only suggestion would be to increase options on the menu. For example they did not have mocktails on their menu and were charging the same amount for mocktails and cocktails. Should have a separate section for mocktails with relevant pricing.

Room services are poor. Towels are of poor quality. Food is not very tasty. As per the rates. Needs a lot of improvement.

Water frequently runs out. You need to walk to reception and ask them to fix it and they take almost an hour to fix it. This ruins the overall experience. I will never book this resort ever again.

Staff was not at all cooperative. Resort is congested. No parking space for all guests. Swimming pool is too small. No intercom connection to rooms.
