Single room has bed bugs spoiled my sleep at midnight. hotel staff are active they gave me new room suddenly. co-operative staff. Bed bugs need to be treated.

The hotel rooms was exactly as in the photographs. It was very neat and clean. Also it is a budget friendly comparing to other hotels nearby. The service of the hotel staffs was excellent. I didn't take any pictures

Overall, I had a better-than-expected experience during my stay. The staff were polite and the service was satisfactory, making the stay comfortable. That said, there’s room for improvement. It would be great if the hotel could provide basic amenities like hot water and a complimentary mineral water bottle, which are usually standard in stays within this budget range. Additionally, bathroom hygiene could be improved for a more pleasant experience. With a few small upgrades, this hotel could significantly enhance the guest experience.

Bedsheet and pillows not clean

The room size is too small. Also the cot length is so small that my leg stays out of the cot. No lift third floor single room

Stayed for 3 days..Rooms and bed spreads are not that much tidy...Lot of dust were there under the bed..Bed spreads provided were very old
