Location good, wifi too slow & Complementary breakfast is not getting ready till 9:45 am.. Since its bussines travel.. No one can wait till 10. 30 am to get a breakfast.. In kerala climate.. Water heater is not working in bathroom they are saying sorry

Poor service
My experience was too bad ... the people are not at all professional, not hygienic and above all the restaurant was too messy not cleaned after the people left. But the food is nice .

Poor Stay
The hotel says it has a geyser, but no geyser, there was no room service after 11 pm, but it was not mentioned also, there was no wifi in the hotel for the customers, we checked in late and then when we requested for just 2 hours for extra stay as our flight timing was for the evening, but the hotel ask for extra one day charge

1.Very bad experience 2.It’s a local bar hotel at Edappally location. 3. Treebo Trent name not mentioned any where in the hotel 4. Bad liquor smell spread everywhere. 5. Not properly maintained the rooms 6. not safe for families

Average Stay
I had a good stay at treebo trend seagate hotel. The reception was good. There was car parking space for few cars though not a lot of cars. They also have bar attached to the hotel. So there are lot of people coming there to access the bar. Not sure about going there with family. For solo travel it is good. The rooms are average. I had taken an offer which included breakfast but unfortunately the breakfast will start only 9 am according to the management. Since i had to leave early for a conference, i couldn't have breakfast at the hotel. I was expecting them to start breakfast by 7 - 7:30 am.

Excellent Stay
businessThe hotel was a small cozy one it had a great room with all the stuff for a nights stay. Good bed, clean linen, tea coffee maker, ac, water, good bathroom. The hotel had bars and a multi cuisine restaurant. I ate during dinner and breakfast both the times great food. I have to specifically say thank you to the entire staff from managers, front desk, cleaning staff, watchman's all were always ready to help and with a smile. Id recommend for simple yet comfortable stay you can opt for this hotel.

soloWe went to the rooftop bar and had an amazing time. The atmosphere and service were great. Definitely a must do if you are looking for a good time.

soloThe staff was the nicest staff i have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.
