Review Of Ratna Resort

I had the worst experience during my stay. Right from check-in to check-out, the service was disappointing. I requested a water bottle multiple times, but it was served only after 3 hours. The room was not well maintained — it was smelly, the bed room wall full seepage and the linens were dirty. Overall, very poor service and cleanliness. I would not recommend this hotel.

Beds were not clean, even food was cold and even there was not so much clean.

Hotel sponser TV but not in working position and I say TV is not working but they can't give me proper answer.

Property is very near to Airport. I have booked it for 1 day. But i stayed there only day.

All rooms are extremely dirty...food is un-eatable... all walls are wet and dirty with fungus on walls.... Very poor rooms…very bad food….no geyser in bathroom…..toilet in very poor condition….no soap or towel provided…..bed bugs are there

The hotel is almost in walking distance from the airport. Rooms are average. Don't expect much. Staffs are co operative

Staff were very creepy and clingy.
