I was a poor experience. Too dirty. Too suffocating. No ventilation. A bottle of water was chargeable

No cleaning, no suagr in coffee and denied to guv e sugar, they cahrged iv-er cahrge for water from mrp mentioned on bottle, worst welcome drink, services i disnt like at all. No i want partial refund. It was pathetic hotel

Our experience at Hotel Basera was absolutely terrible. I was traveling with my sister, but the receptionist refused to let us check in, citing their "no unmarried couples" policy. Despite explaining that we are siblings and even offering proof, they still denied us a room. The receptionist was extremely rude and angry throughout the conversation, making an already frustrating situation worse. To top it off, they refused to refund the ₹2500+ we had already paid and told us to contact MakeMyTrip for the refund, completely avoiding any responsibility. This kind of unprofessional and discriminatory behavior is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs!

Hotel basera is near bhubaneswar station, which is okay for whoever travel-ling and doesn't want to search more but not at all good. Price are too high. I am staying in hotel for last 5 days and bed sheet, and pillow and quilt covers they don't change. Small cockroach are everywhere in bedroom to bathroom. Also they provide cheap amenities in super deluxe stay also. Medimix samll soap with clean and clear rs. 1 pouch they give in room. Water bottle are chargeable everyday. Room ambience is also not good.

Hotel basera room is good neat and clean bathroom is modern and hot water is abundant and airconditioner cooling is perfect hotel's restaurant has varieties of both veg and non veg items and are very tasty on the whole i had pleasant stay. I prefer to stay in future

Room can be cleaned only after asking. Only one towel given for 2 persons .toiletry given only once while I stayed for 3 nights

Rooms are spacious. It is located on the main janpath road, just 500 meters from the station. Google map shows the backside location of the hotel. Food is also good.

Excellent place for holiday with family. The man who Receptionist cum Manager is Very gentleman. Homely Place. Room Services are very good.

Very old property room was average not value of money but restaurant food was very good

Overall good looking with comfortable room but found so many cockroach in side the room. Need pest control for it. Rest are ok.

Firstly hotel is very untidy, rooms were bad. Staff at the reception was helpful though, food was nice, but had ordered plates and bowl, but it took 40 minutes for the restaurant to get it. Over all a very poor experience.
