Review Of Qotel Signature Coleman @ Janakpuri

There was no hot water. I have stayed there every time I was in delhi just because it’s for my work and everytime same issue. I had to remind them at 4Am to turn it on and still no hot water. They sent a half bucket warm water on pressure and I don’t understand what can we do with it. Lift is not working as well. And I was given 3rd floor. The manager gave me his card last time to call him during any inconvenience. He didn’t pick up even after calling multiple times. After you have long day, you wanna come back and take shower. And you have this problem!! It’s so annoying. Not recommending this hotel to anyone and never going back as well. If you don’t have certain amenities, mention it in the hotel amenities at least, so people will see and book accordingly. Worst experience. It was terrible. No hot water. Lift is not working.

Nice staff clean & hygiene hotel good food quality

The staff was very polite i just booked the hotel randomly but its reasonable and comfortable for staying.room was tidy over all great experience.

Best Place in this price range , nice hospitality

The rooms was quite good but we later found ciggerate bud in our room and there was lots of noise of cleaning staff from room lobby but overall stay was pretty good and the receptionist guy was so welcoming so over-all preety good !

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. First, I had to change three rooms — the first room had a lock that wasn’t even fixed, the second one was full of mosquitoes and flies, and finally, the third room, though comparatively better, was not properly cleaned. There was no proper dusting or maintenance done at all. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of money. Basic standards of cleanliness and upkeep were missing, and the constant room changes made the experience stressful instead of relaxing. Definitely not worth the price.

My stay in the room was overall pleasant. The space was clean, well-organized, and had a fresh feel. The bed was very comfortable with soft linens, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was tidy with all necessary toiletries provided. I appreciated the working air-conditioning and smooth Wi-Fi connection, which made my stay more convenient. The view from the window was a lovely touch, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Room service was prompt and polite. While a slightly brighter lighting would have been nice, it didn’t affect the comfort much. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable room experience worth recommending.”

I stayed at Sweet Room and was genuinely disappointed. The room lacked even the most basic amenities—no wardrobe, the shelves were visibly dusty and hadn’t been cleaned & many more.

Location is good, very easy to access. Reception persons are good well behaved. Food quality is good but fewer options. Bathroom accessories need to be upgraded. Overall experience was good for a limited time I stayed.

worst experience, first they gave me uncleaned room. bedsheets were not clean at all. no toleteries in washroom , not even soap , Shampoo or toothbrush was there in washroom. service was too slow. need to call for more than 10times to get my order. really disappointed with service n hospitality. Will never visit this place again.

room was not clean before my check-in. previous guest stuff was there in refrigerator. foul smell cake n other things too.. not satisfied with stay here. thanks,. i already told the staff there. n they cleared later

The property is good and clean. In Breakfast they don’t have much options. But if you are still looking for decent property in decent amount. Pls go for it

They have charged extra 600 for a broker glass and mentioned it 2 broken where one glass was still there.

Hotel cullion by qotel worst experience ever they told us for best services they don’t just a little thing our rooms a/c is not working seems like just a small fan also employees are not giving answer properly

They don't have the Type C charger for their customers.... I asked repeatedly but they said no and when i went to the reception to check out there was a reception guy and he was charging his phone he could have given me that charger.
