Stay was good. Food was also good. The service is good. Overall very good hotel

Very good ambience and service being provided the food was great. The rooms are maintained hygiene. The Interiors and interior are very good.

In the beginning we were provided with a horrible room to stay. The room was in a bad state so we got it changed. However, we were not satisfied with the room but we were told all rooms were booked. it was not good experience this time. breakfast was good. no toilet roll provided. we requested for additional drinking water but it was not provided.

It was all good. Nothing of the sort which I could say was excellent. Breakfast was the only thing that we were able to have at the hotel because of our schedule. That was all good. Nothing much special about it

Easy location. Hygine maintained in room , bedsheet, towel all clean. Room was very good. Surely recommend others. Food at restaurent was great.

Location is best, Malad lower metro station is near. Break fast food variety and test is good. service is prompt and staff is polite. water taps and fittings are ok in working condition. Bathroom furniture, door need repair work. They are not in good and working condition. Otherwise all others expectation were met. Nice stay at this hotel.

No food options one couple Hotel room was average. The hotel was costlier according to facilities not more than Rs 1500. You get better options woth good facilities. Location average

Cockroach in the room, poor amenities, dirty floor, no water pressure, no one called or said anything about breakfast. We thought we’d be offered breakfast in room like other hotels but no one cared to even ask

just wow!!! the hotel room is so much more than expected. the hotel location is very easy to find and easy transportation as it's beside link road. the amenities provided were just wow.

Privilege inn is a well located hotel and offers value for money tariff. The rooms are clean and decently sized although they need to be better lit and sound insulated. The room service is good.

The room was terribly stinking and the reception did not accept it. The only solution provided by them was a room refresher spray which along with the existing stench was very terrible. No image of the room with me

Washroom door was dirty near to handle also without asking they provided twin bed.

Good and neat. Polite staff and well accommodated. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Good location too.
