Location is very good,accessible No food provided, very poor facilities there

Room was allocated without breakfast at a different location since the rooms were not available in the booked hotel. When the room was booked with breakfast. I was with my family of 8 pax including old parent and kids

I was denied the stay.My four thousand twenty seven rupees gone.No response. fake app.Many times requested a call back or agent support. Message is my request closed by app.There was not a hotel named .No support. I will go consumer

I have never had such a bad experience. Why do you book a room in a hotel that is under renovation? Your booking included breakfast but there was no service there, and we had to change the first room due to renovations. I will never use this app again in my life for giving me such a bad experience in such a dirty place with a small child.

Bad Experience at Palette MG Road, Ernakulam I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The AC didn’t work properly, bathroom exhaust was broken, and there was a serious mosquito issue at night. We had to change rooms twice because they were poorly maintained. We had included breakfast in our booking, but the service was extremely poor. They were only offering plain dosa (dhosha) with no variety, and not even a single cup of tea was provided. This was highly disappointing, especially after paying for breakfast in advance. The staff, especially the aged man at the cash counter, was rude and lacked basic hospitality. On checkout day, they called me 4 times before 11 AM and pressured us to leave early, warning about a fine for even a short delay. Not recommended at all. Very poor service and maintenance.

No one is there to take care. Rooms are very old. Fittings in the bathroom was not functioning. Brake fast amount is paid along with booking but good was not ready even at 8.30am.

I lost the trust which I have kept with MMT over past years. Please blacklist this property and remove from the app. No more words to say

Good rooms with view and awesome ambiance with good staff behaviour

The hotel and atmosphere was good. There was an issue in air conditioning otherwise it is good for a short term stay.

I booked an classic ac room but the hotel give me a handicap room and also at night the room has suddenly shut off of power supplie and we lost our sleep in the early morning in the time at 5:30 its a terrible booking for me and my patner and the facilities in the hotel was not provided such and tv was not working. I didn’t take any pictures of the room

It's a average stay, bcs of bathroom smell. Tv is not working and bathroom have no water. Parking area is good

Sorry to say. It was a worse experience for me to stay there along with my infant. Ac was not working. The residency staff never intimated us regarding this. When we informed that matter. None of the rooms ac's are not working. They are repairing it and it will be ok within 30min. Our check in time was 1am and we waited till 3am, because my baby was too irritated. It was too suffocating. Nothing happened till morning. No other initiatives taken by hotel staff after informing also. No need of any discount. I'm not replying for any sort of discount. Please make initiatives for the improvement and try to maintain the basic services properly by this accommodations

Good and clean room. Staff behaviour good. Linen items average. A/c cooling was insufficient even set in 15. Television was not working. Reception staff said most of the tvs are not working in the hotel. Room service zero.
