Poor Stay
Property is not good. Staff is in sleeping mode cooling of room is zero , mattress and pillow isnot good and blanket is so dirty

Very small rooms and insufficient amenities
familyOur experience of staying in the hotel was less than average. As the hotel hosts other functions too, we were denied food from the hotel staff and were asked to order from outside. There was no choice for complementary breakfast, only one menu was served. Most importantly, the room was so small and apart from a almirah, nothing was there to keep things. And the whole corridor of the rooms was filled with smell of cigarette, which was very uncomfortable. Not a very suitable option for families.

The staff are not professional, they don't pick up the reception call, they are just busy in personal mobile phones, they did not bother to carry customer's language, there was no staff during the time of my check out and i had to carry my language from room to lift and lift to my cab. Food is not good, we had to wait for an hour every for a cup of tea, very disappointed
Bad experience, bad service, poor staff, even they don't help to carry luggage. Not good food, don't want to visit there again.
