Peaceful property with helpful 😌 staffs

Subject: Urgent Complaint – Denied Check-In & No Breakfast Provided Despite Booking Dear MakeMyTrip Support Team, I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding a highly disappointing experience with my recent hotel booking made through your platform. Despite my confirmed booking which clearly included breakfast and early check-in, the hotel denied us check-in for over 2 hours and failed to provide the included breakfast. We were left waiting outside with no proper assistance or communication from the hotel staff, which caused significant inconvenience and distress. This experience was unacceptable and completely contrary to the standards promised on your platform. I am requesting a full refund for the booking due to: • Denial of check-in for an unreasonable time • Failure to provide included breakfast • Overall mismanagement and extremely poor service

The best property and the value for money more over the staff there are very very nice and polite even help full i enjoyed my stay alot i will for sure come back again thankyou tiger inn Thankyou mmt team.

Our hotel stay in Kolkata was terrible. The staff were rude, and we were locked outside at midnight because the night attendant was drunk. The hotel was dirty, with unclean bedsheets, cockroaches, and a pervasive smell of smoke. The manager dismissed our complaints rudely. Overall, an unpleasant experience. Do not recommend.

Ac was not working properly

The room was dirty and ac it was not working properly. And if you have to check in after 12 in the night then do not book, call will not be received and the gate is also closed.

Service was too good in this hotel and staff behaviour wass good and co operative

Very good environment to stay at tiger inn, it is very clean and situated at peaceful area. The behaviour of stuffs are too good.

Dirty room uncleaned washroom bedsheet not washed properly then don't have room service and they say my chief is going out for a work that why we can give you breakfast.

Food is not available. No person is there to clean the room. Need so much improvement. Wardrobes are too much dirty.

The bedsheets were clean. Towels were clean. The wi-fi was available, but password was not intimated. Soap and shampoo was not available in the bathroom. The tv was ok, but choice of channels was very less.

Pathetic rooms with pests, rude and abusive staff, charging extra amount for water bottles, don't have a valid gst bill, locked me outside when i went for a post dinner walk.

The room was clean. Location is not very convenient for tourists because the attractions are far from the hotel. The room had all the amenities listed but they charged rs 30/bottle for drinking water. The main issue we found was being threatened that the hotel will be closed after 10:30 pm and we had to reach before that. Bathroom had open transparent window was another issue.

Room small. Avg cleanliness. Staffs well behaved. Breakfast available but only tea and bread butter. 100 years old tv. Not worth for the room

The inn was less than as expected but the area it's calm and good to stay. No disturbance all the staffs are good.

The hotel is located in a secluded place. You will get bored if you're coming there alone. There is no good place to eat or market place nearby!
