the bathroom flash wasn't working, the room was dirty, and the bed cover was stained. To make matters worse, the staff's behavior was absolutely appalling

It's easy to find and it is in the good area There was no food service given by the guest house but you can find good restaurants nearby

The room was very nice and clean, the bathroom was very clean, everything was very good.

Overall experience was good, neat & clean rooms, very helpful hotel staffs. location is very good, all attraction places are nearby to the hotel. market & metro station also nearby. enjoyed our stay.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! Worst pathetic experience. Rooms were dirty, old. They provided smaller room than which one I booked. The reception is unresponsive to calls and he is not interested doing his job. Long check in process, he wasted 30mins to do the check in. I had to leave the hotel because it was so dirty and small. Waste of money.

i looked for a single person to stay near park Street on make my trip. service was excellent and staff behaviour is so nice.

excellent location ,very near to new market . Good rooms albeit a little small but nice place to stay in budget . Good restaurants are also available nearby . Staff is helpful and polite . Overall a nice experience .

Very good hotel staff with good behavior. You can easily go through by this hotel I really impressed.

The owner is very polite and looks into customer's issues. The room was thoroughly cleaned and bedsheets were changed. The bathroom was also clean. Moreover, the area is very good for shopping and dining with lots of malls and restaurants.

Booked this guesthouse twice and was never disappointed, the rooms are very comfortable with a fridge, water kettle and tv. Bathroom offers a shower and everything is clean and fresh. Would definitely go back, great location

Excellent Hospitality and Kind Behavior I had booked Sonali Guest House in Kolkata through MMT for 4 people with 3 confirmed rooms from my side. However, due to some issue on their end, the booking showed as rejected. Despite this, the staff was extremely polite and cooperative. They provided 2 rooms without any argument and handled the situation in a very professional and friendly manner. Their kind behavior and hospitality made my stay truly pleasant.

Really it's a great experience to stay over here. The behaviour of both the owner and staff are very friendly. I would like to tell you, those who are looking for comfort and convenient stay , then it's a better option.
