pathetic & rude hotel receiption staff, they dont even care even i am there regular customer

location is perfect and 25 minutes walking distance to US EMBASSY , resturants and street foods near to available, staffs are good and very polite, smooth check in and check out no extra charges. room is ok but bedsheet cover are dirty

very odd rule i.e no gate open after 12 AM wherever we are going to kolkata for enjoying and night club alsoo.... so, this is a very disturbing thing we face .

FIRST OF ALL THE LOCATIONS IS NOT MUCH GOOD BUT ACCORDING TO PRICE THE ROOMS ARE VERY GOOD ALSO THE OWNER IS GOOD AND A STAF ON THE HOTEL NAME REHMAN WAS VERY GOOD EVEN I CALL HIM AT 2 AM FOR FOOD AND HE ARRANGE FOOD FOR ME

It was a good experience, but they need to improve the Wi-Fi service, which was way below average. The rest was okay..

Family is not safe. Residing nearby person are creating problems and always shouting. Food and cleaning are not up to Mark.

The Lenin ( bedsheet , pillow cover)were duty. the room smelled filthy, and the cockroaches were roaming on the floor. The address details were wrong. But, the staff was Good.

bedsheets were not clean. TOILETS were not cleaned at all....it was a cockroach destination... don't travel with family.

This place is unsafe for couples. Very cheap type of hotel. No discipline no restrictions for unmanner boys like louding and shouting till midnight.

Towel was provide just one day before, i had stayed for 5 days, room was cleaned only 3 days after intervened to the reception overall the experience in premier guest house was okay

The appearance/ entrance/ lobby of the guesthouse is not at all appealing. The room was neat. Indie stay, mumbai

The guest was all right but there is no restaurant inside it. We had to go outside even for a cup of tea.
