To start with, the entrance is quite a distance away (including steep steps) from the main road which is not mentioned anywhere. People with knee or back issues or injuries should stay away - very inaccessible location. We asked for support with our heavy bags, and were told that we'd have to carry some of the suitcases on our own. When we stated our inability to do so when raining, they eventually agreed to help. Next the rooms allocated to us were right next to reception leading to constant disturbances well through the night (which included guests haggling for rooms which was clearly heard in the rooms. Third the attitude of the staff is extremely frosty. Support staff straight away denied providing slippers and towel for the second guest in the room. For the towel we had to call the manager who initially said no (citing rains and how towels have not been drying, although it had only been one day of rain. On being told this is unacceptable, he complied. Imagine expecting guests to share towels. Fourth the rooms are tiny, and the rooms given to us were clearly different from the pictures. One of the rooms were so small that to open cupboard we had to close the door. We had no place to keep our luggage or open it. They provided heaters at high charges which were functionally useless. Not to mention there was no electricity for the better part of the night. No kettles were provided and when asked for one, they checked our rooms to see if kettles were there or not. They will hound you incessantly to review the place right in front of them, and will not take no for an answer. The review is honest (and long) but doing so because they clearly want great five star ratings. We hope to just provide an honest picture.
