Very comfortable stay at hotel sansar. Very helpful staff. Enjoyed my stay there

The location is not good it is below the high court and there is no fan in my room and when i asked him he said there is no need of fan in the room and they only gave me one bottle of water not worth money

Overall it was located near high court of shimla and also very close to mall road. All the staffs are very amiable very jolly in nature, well mannered and well equipped. Overall a memorable experience of staying in this hotel.

The room was dirty like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The chair and table in the room were broken, the bedsheets and the blanket were filthy. The toilet didn't have a toilet seat cover.

The room was not good enough. Television was not working. The tap at bathroom was also tripping.

Pathetic stay at Hotel Sansar with no customer service. No cleanliness. Room was stinky. No tv services available in my room. Overcharged room as per room conditions. Quits and blankets were badly stinking as well. Uncleaned washroom. No heater. Reception attended is an unmannered person who doesn't know how to talk even. Going forward I won't recommend or allow anyone to stay at Hotel Sansar.

No cooperative staff broken chair bathroom so dirty windowless dirty thin blanket was provided. Never hire it, because they clearly write that no complaints is entertained here.

Never book this hotel, no cleaning, no any staff available when required, the cheapest 3rd class rooms bathrooms are dirty.

Terrible room, with uncleaned bedsheet etc. I had to change the hotel overnight so that my family can atleast sleep.

The room is not Worth the price, there is no hot shower, the room is small and the facilities are worn out.

This Hotel is very convenient if you need to visit high court Shimla. The price is cheap and accordingly no amenities are available. But it is value for money
