Staff behaviour was good. Before I reached Shimla they called me if I need any help. They also arranged taxi for us. Hotel was clean and tidy.

It is very far from the mall road, it is in some Kanlog place, Had a lot of trouble finding the hotel, there no board installed, The local people there do not know anything about this hotel at all, even the name of the hotel is not confirmed, something else on the board put up on the hotel

It was an excellent experience in a Nice View hotel, The service was excellent and the Nature of the staff was good, I personally recommend visiting the hotel.

Place was clean,safe and well maintained. View from hotel gallary was also remarkable. Staff is also helpful.

First the positives :- Clean room, nice hill view from the room, polite and courteous staff, geyser in nice working condition and prompt room service. Immediate response to calls and coordination with the cab. Good breakfast. Areas of strong improvement: No kettle in the room for drinking water. Quite a minus, hidden charges that were added to the bill. First time I have ever come across electricity charges 300 per day charged separately. This is apart from the room heater charges 250 INR per day. TV worked after multiple attempts to restore the set top box. On the whole okay value for money. Neither great nor bad.
