Excellent Stay
It was an extremely amazing experience, We experienced a great hospitality from the staff and Mr. Rajesh Sharma (Manager) was very helpful and supportive to us in terms of staying and Food. last but not the least we would suggest the hotel to our family and friends as well for the future purposes.

Location and food was ok. Services were slow. Heaters were not available in all three rooms. Two rooms did not have windows for view.

Worst hotel ever visited
groupIt was worst hotel i ever visited. 1. They started harassment at the entrance only, booking was for 8 people and their system had entry for only 5 people. 2. Floor was not wooden and they didn’t provide any flip flops or slippers. 3. No toiletries, no mineral water. 4. Worst breakfast only one item was there and quality was also not good. 5. There was no room service and also the hotel staff was rude. 6. The location is also worst, to reach the main road from the hotel we had to climb huge steep slopes of 400meter which was extremely exhausting. (not mentioned of makemytrip. And it’s mentioned that mall road is 900meters but it’s not true it is 2. 5 kilometres away. 7. The heater which was provided was very small which was not enough for the hole room and for that the cost was also too high.

Fifty fit
Hotel staff was very humble and cooperative. But rooms were not up to the mark. Curtains were not working due to which we could not see the outside views.

Poor Stay
Very poor people in this hotel staff and manager. Koi toke se n hi sunta, ak kaani se sunkar dusre kaani se nikal dete hai, sirf terrace pr khade rhete staff. Or yaha amul milk500g, 26 mrp wala 120rs m dete hai. Baat krne ki tamiz n hi hai yaha k staff ko or manager tho bilkul bekar sirf apne staff ki sunta hai. Bilkul bekar hotel niche jake koi dund bhi n hi skta. M kabhi shimla jaounga is hotel m free m bhi kabhi na jao.

Pleasant experience
Quite a pleasant stay. Courteous staff. 15minutes uphill walk to mall. Shall be comfortable in 1 day. Non veg cook was not available during my visit however veg food was too good.

Pathetic
coupleMy experience at this hotel was very disappointing and drastic. 1. I have booked 2 different types of room but they allocate the same for 2 days and the room was not clean, every where repair and maintenance signs are there, very small room and when i asked them to change it they are saying they have given the delux room. 2. Room service was pathetic 3. Every time when i placed the order i have to call the reception and remind them for the order 3 to 5 times. 4. I have the photos also for the room 5. No welcome drink was provided at the time of reception even though this was mentioned in bill, they are saying since you have made the booking they will provide you overall my experience for the first time was very pathetic and disappointing.

The stay was nice and the location is also good, staff was very humble and especially pankaj helped in all the ways. I asked him to book a cab but he dropped in his own vehicle. I will definitely revisit their hospitality.

Good option to stay
coupleThe rooms are very pretty, neat and tidy along with the washrooms that are hygienic and neat. The only con i found that there is no ac and not even a fan atleast there should be a ceiling fan for the travellers who are coming from plain area and are used to it. Although the owner was very very kind enough to give me a table fan that worked very well so i'm satisfied about that too. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I wish cloth iron facility would have been available too. The cab provided by the hotel was very convenient the driver pawan was very helpful and polite too. I enjoyed my stay there.
