Terrible Stay
It was a pathetic property, totally not worth 4200 rupees at all. The room was so dirty, dirty bedsheets pillow covers, insects were there on the bed. The wash basin is broken. There was no light for 3-4 hours and the staff was very rude. They insisted me to give them 5star rating. There was no parking facility and the location mentioned on mmt was incorrect. The stay was somewhere down the hills, on such steep location. You guys haven’t mentioned clearly that how far is mall road from there and how to take any taxi. They were charging us 1000rs one side for the mall road only. There were no lights on the street where the stay was situated. I tried calling mmt team from past 4 days but all i hear is we are facing high calls on this moment will connect you shortly and then there’s no response.

the staff were pleasant and courteous. the online listing says it's very close to the mall road, but you will definitely need a cab to travel, because it's extremely downhill and not walkable for tourists. the rooms are smaller than expected, the balconies are very small. the toiletries were not refilled. we had to ask for towels. these things would be expected to be taken care of in the price they ask.

TOTAL DISASTER; NOT RECOMMENDED AT AL
familyTerrible Experience; Totally Disappointed! 1. The electrical appliances won't be working since their electrical system is all faulty and it will trip even if you use an electric kettle. 2. Electric heater won't work and no extra blankets were provided 3. Only one person looking after the complete property. The Person is a rude arrogant boy who won't be listening to any of your issues. 3. They even restricted us to not play TV or kettle or heater or any electric appliance as the electricity would trip and they won't be doing anything regarding it... It felt as if u are responsible for their shortcomings. 4. You won't be able to complain to anybody as the caretaker boy won't give you owner's number. He will be the one taking all the decision and would also give you warning and threats that he is listening to you quesries just because you are a guest as if not he would indulge is fight or something. 4. Light goes on/off...no one to see that...you will be restricted from doing many things as the other room person if not picking up the call or not opening the door...you are going to suffer. Just like a hostel where the electricity trips if someone is using the heater...so to compensate for him you wont be allowed to use anything. 5. It was worst experience overall and ended up with humiliation as we were guests and did not want any trouble. The boy was warning all the time as if it was going to threatening for us if we complain about him or don't settle our issues by adjusting. 6. The pictures being shown is of a 2BHK flat which is a separate flat..The delux rooms dont have all the facilities of sofa and all. 7. Do give time to look for google reviews of the hotel. Many more concerning points like theft, misbehavior, unethical practices points have been highlighted by many guests.

Totally disappointed with the service.
familyIt was a very terrible experience at the stay. I will sum up in few words and would absolutely not recommend the place. 1. There was only one arrogant rude behaving boy looking after the complete place. 2. The electric wiring and system is totally faulty. It tripped for numerous times even while using an electic kettle. 3. Electrical applainces such as electric room heaters won't be running anyways 4. Don't expect an extra blanket for your inconvenience as the boy looking after the place is not going to give you that anyway. 5. The pictures shown of the property having living room image is of a bhk flat which is a completely different rooms and not the deluxe rooms which are generally booked.

A stay to remember
The service and comfort were unmatched. Watching the sunrise over the snow laden mountains from my room was unforgettable. The hot meals after a day in the cold where the cherry on the top.

Winter wonderful experience
From the moment i arrived the hospitality and scenic beauty took my breath away. The bonfire evening where a delightful way to end cold day spend shopping on mall road visiting the ridge. The serene vibe made me forget the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Excellent Stay
Walking up to the breathtaking views of snow-dusted deodar tree was magical. The staff’s attention to detail, from heated room to personalized meals was commendable. Taking a toy train ride from shimla to kalka.

Perfect winter getaway
This cosy retreat was everything i hoped for during my winter vacation. Nestled amid-st snow capped peaks, the warm hospitality was wonderful. The hot chocolates served by the fire place was perfect antidote to shimla chilling evenings. A hidden retreat in nature

A great place to work remotely
I stayed here while working remotely and couldn’t have asked for a better environment. The peaceful atmosphere and reliable wi-fi allowed me to work efficiently, while the views and cozy room provided the perfect escape after long hours. A great mix of work and leisure!

Poor Management
property was clean but many hardware like towel hanger, door latch were not properly fitted, loosened and broken. No proper breakfast. No proper manner for serving dinner. Food arrangement and serving manner was the worst during stay. No guest area or reception to sit while checking in or out. overall it was poor experience to stay here.
