The room provided was absolutely below any acceptable norms and was substantially different from what was shown on Make My Trip website .... There was no fan/AC in the room and on demand, we were provided with a small table fan.... Toilet was in a shabby state ..... The room ambience was suffocating.... Enterance had no lobby to wait.... In nutshell, a horrible place to stay .....

Good Rooms at Good Price, the manager is helpful and soft spoken. Rooms have a really good view, Perfect for couples and groups of friends.

Good hotel. Near mall road. But lift is far. Can walk to mall road climbing upstairs around 300 steps

Located close to lift for the mall road, the hotel is good for stay in shimla. Staff were nice and cooperating and the rooms though small but were neatly maintained.

Hotel located at top of a very narrow road. No parking at hotel. Paid parking available but that too 1-2 km ahead. Rooms are very bad. Washroom not clean, cigarette smell in room, lot of noise from other rooms. The amount they charge is not at all justified.

They charges double the mrp for every single thing even they charge for water bottle that every hotel provides as a complimentary. I suggest don't book this hotel even for a night. Room are very congested and they charges more than the rooms worth.

This hotel is not perfect for family stay. Fan is not available in room. Room size is very small. Rate is high.

The place is not that great. Just because i booked the room and not at the hotel reception was very furious and abusive to us and even denied serving breakfast to us because the booking was done and not on the reception. Save yourself and don't even think of staying at midtown hotel shimla.

Hotel was opened above a shop and was having tiny stairs. Rooms were too small and linens were not clean. There was no restaurant in hotel. It should not be called as a hotel. I would never recommend anyone for this hotel.

This hotel does not have a tie-up, yet it is listed. Do not make a booking, hotel owner is not professional at all. I had to adjust with one room when i had booked 2 rooms. They unlock rooms when guests have checked-in and not in the room. They ask guests to collect your luggage and move to another room. i had to suffer and almost lost my money, energy and it ruined my over all experience of holiday.

There was no ventilation in budget room so we changed our room to deluxe and there was too much noice around cause room is in market and parking is too much difficult cause hotel is at slant height staff is good and coeparative and food is also good

The room had 2 pillars right in the middle for no reason making the room very difficult to move about. The bathroom had no hot water, even after complaining several times it was not fixed. Then after shouting and venting they gave another room to use the washroom but even it didn't had hot water. The water was colder than lukewarm. In a hill station like shimla where the temperature is going around 2-3degrees you really need hot water. There was no cleanliness and the service was very slow.
