Pathetic service and uncultured staff

I visited to hotel due to my brother’s exam as it was nearby the exam centre. 1. This hotel lack of amenities. 2. They provided an ordinary room , not as mentioned in the tarrif. 3. They didn’t provide the Electric Kettle. 4. Linens were dirty. 5. Telephone was not working every time you have to go downstairs to communicate with them. 6. Staffs were uncultured or goons as I saw clearly passing comments on girls and women there. 7. They provided complimentary dinner at night and food quality was very low. 8. While checking out they started arguing and charged me for that dinner, forcefully. 9. Staff raised baseball bat on me and said, nikal ja warna abhi maar khayega. I would never suggest anyone to stay on this hotel while travelling to Shimla, specially when travelling with family and girls.
