Best location in fort kochi
The location is absolutely prime in fort kochi area, though parking is an issue and vehicles have to be parked on the sides of the streets. Most of the main attractions are walking distance, including the water metro station and cafes/restaurants, staff is courteous and food made on order was delicious. An absolute no brainer if staying in fort kochi area.

Excellent location, food and service. Had a nice time with family. Location is close too many good cafés and tourist places are at walkable distance. Breakfast options were excellent.

Excellent Stay
The Property was at a location closer to Shopping, Cafes and everything. We traveled there with a baby, and The staff there, Yasin, Was very accomodative of our needs. Kid friendly, But Breakfast options could be improved.

Loved the swimming pool
We thoroughly enjoyed our recent hotel stay and found the accommodations quite comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were well-maintained and added to the overall positive experience. However, we did find the parking situation somewhat challenging. Despite this minor issue, we would recommend this hotel to others.

Average Stay
The room was clean, however a lot of disturbance by persons in the surrounding and dogs barking from early morning the hotel does not have a parking facility and the hotel staff did not bother to help with the parking would not recommend travellers with cars at this hotel

Good Stay
Nice stay, rooms were clean with well maintained property and proximity to all the tourist destination and fort kochi beach makes this an ideal place to stay. Breakfast had a good spread with courteous staff.

familyThe property is a heritage property, boutique hotel, very pleasant and happy to help staff, and rooms are spacious and clean, the swimming pool is just perfect, its temperature controlled and really nice to take a dip. We had breakfast at the property, which was really delicious.

Great location
coupleLocation of the tower house is undoubtedly one of the best in fort kochi. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. Only one thing that could be improved is the breakfast spread. It is vegetarian (with the exception of made to order eggs) and mostly local cuisine.

Pathetic service
Absoulety pathetic service, my parents were surprised when they were told at the reception that there was no hot water available in their room. Let me remind you that this was one of their more premium rooms 'the heritage splendor. I was not able to reach the hotel on their telephone even once. In the morning no one was there to answer the calls at the reception and when my dad went in person to the reception there was absoulety no one to be seen.
