It was nice stay at Nandan. Loc is superb and room was cleaned... but when I checked in I have to wait for few minutes for confirmation from hotel for for my booking as i have already the confimr my booking from make my trip and also pay for the same. coordinator of make my trip should make it smooth for trallveller for the same as I hv paid in adv for hotel booking for hassle free but I hv faced it little difficult during checked in. From where it was lacked I don't hv idea but it should be look carefully in near future for guest travller....

Location is good. Foods are also good. Room is clean. services are good. only bathroom space is small .

My recent stay at nandan hotel & convention, brahmapur was a mixed bag, primarily due to ongoing construction. I booked this hotel for a quick transit stay (10-12 hours) and the location was definitely a plus, being very close to the railway station. This made my short trip much more convenient. The room and washroom were both perfectly acceptable, especially considering the price i paid. They were clean and well-maintained. However, the food was significantly overpriced, which was a bit disappointing. Unfortunately, the biggest drawback during my stay was the constant noise from construction. It seemed to be going on all day and made it difficult to relax or get any rest. This significantly impacted the overall pleasantness of my stay. On a positive note, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They were a bright spot in what was otherwise a noisy experience. Overall, nandan hotel & convention, brahmapur offers decent value for money, particularly if you're looking for a place near the railway station. However, if you're sensitive to noise, i'd recommend checking if the construction is still ongoing before booking. If the construction is finished, it would likely be a much more enjoyable experience.

The room and food were good but the basic toiletries were not provided. That’s sad for a room whose tariff is on the higher side

Its a wonderful newly built-up property. Rooms and very spaces, and staff is polite. Highly recommended.

The safety, cleaning and hygiene part is good. It has small issues like issues with lights and fan. In one room fan was creating noise and other room bathroom light was blinking. In washroom there should a stool to sit for elderly people.

Very poor service. Every small thing you need to ask them then only they think about it, but there is no guarantee that you will get the service you need. Rooms are not regularly cleaned, most of the amenities mentioned are not given. There are many good options in market as compared to this property where services are good. The telephone(landline) was not working since the day i was allotted the room but no further action taken. I used to call reception every time from my phone. Also, for water don't take water bottles it will charge you extra, ask them to provide aqua-guard water refilling the bottle. When complained all the problems they asked you forgot to provide lock thats why we didnt look it further, but the day before when i asked for water and i was outside they unlocked my room by themselves and kept the bottle inside room. They can do this but can't check the telephone and clean the room, when asked said we are not allowed to enter the room. It's too much disappointing that after paying a lot even they are not accepting their mistake and also service is so poor. Looking all these lacks its not at all worth it & not a good option to choose this property.

Location accessible near station. Fooding facilities are currently not available but they manage to bring through outside eatery.

Hotel is neat and clean. Hotel is not much occupied, so a feeling of loneliness is there. No restaurant service directly from hotel. But staffs are courteous and one can stay inside because of the inside room amenities.
