GAYATRIS HOTEL

The overall stay at Hotel Gayatri’s, Brahmapur, may be decent, but the restaurant service has unfortunately seen a serious decline. During breakfast, there was no staff available to even take our order for over 25 minutes. When someone finally did appear, the service was extremely slow and unresponsive. Ironically, ordering food via Swiggy and having it delivered to the hotel room might actually be a faster option than relying on the in-house restaurant. The management needs to urgently address this lapse in service quality to retain guest satisfaction.

The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with fabulous air conditioning, ensuring a relaxing stay. The in-house restaurant serves a delightful variety of South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, and Odia dishes, each prepared to perfection. The evening open-air snacks counter adds to the charm, offering a great spot to unwind with delicious treats. Plus, the sweets and ice cream counter is a fantastic bonus. The service is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff always ensuring a smooth experience.
