No wifi was connecting to the room when i asked they said come to the reception wifi will work no television was working after saying several time nothing was done

Hotel washroom is very stinky. Comode flush isn’t working. Hotel provide very cheap two rupees soap and one rupees clinic plus shampoo. They didn’t change the towel also. When i checked in the hotel the bedsheet what i found was dirty and the towel was used one. Please don’t recommend this type of cheap hotel. When i check out asked for gst bill they told me we didn’t provide bill. You will get it from mm t. I have very bad experience with this hotel.

Room and bathroom was not clean. Cupboards are dirty. Room service and reception is not up to the mark. It is not a good experience of staying

Water logging in the washroom, unnecessary water bills separate bed not given for 3 persons

nice stay at hotel, service is very good👍, location is in market area, food quality is very good 👍👌. staff are very friendly and helpful.

Location is good as near to market and Bus stand. Stay was not comfortable. Room was dirty and toilet was stinking and having old sanitary fittings.

It was a nice stay here at jyoti residency. Situated at the heart of the city of berhampur. Rooms were clean too. Though there was some problem from make my trip booking regarding payment update. We just sat for a few minutes before getting confirmation. So better call them before you reach. Otherwise it's the best choice in the city
