Review Of Swosti Palm Resort

I recently stayed at Swosti Palm Resort and had a wonderful experience. The location is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by greenery that makes it perfect for relaxation. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was also fresh and delicious with a good variety. Overall, the warm hospitality, great service, and serene environment made my stay truly memorable, and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a pleasant getaway. I had a wonderful experience at swosti resort, thee food was good a Lil pricy but good , tha aminites were also good , room was very clean and comfy , there was a garden and a swing with light very clean and aesthetic location it was overall good experience we went with group

It was a great experience at Swosti Palm Resort, Berhampur. The rooms were good. Fooding was fabulous. Staffs were friendly and cooperative. Just need to improvement on the staff response time. Overall experience was good

Overall the stay experience was good. Food requires a special mention. It was extremely delicious with good variety. However few items seemed bit overpriced. Rooms were spacious although there seemed to be a lack of maintainance. Our bathroom wasn't good as there was water stagnating after a point. The property is well decorated with lots of plants giving it a very natural and calm look. Staff were quite helpful. They have their car services too for sightseeing at reasonable prices. Overall it is a recommended hotel on budget.

Location: Near the beach, but no sea view. Approximate 100 m from the beach. There is no beach view hotel. Auto takes Rs200/- for to and from journey from beach. Food: Their complementary breakfast is good. Mainly south Indian dishes are there. However there normal a la carte menu prices for lunch/dinner is too costly. Also amount given by them is small. One portion is good for one only. One plate rice priced Rs175/-.One plate vegetable priced Rs275/- Amenities:No extra amenities noted. Services: Behaviour of the staffs and manager is good. Room service also excellent. Rooms are big, cleanand well furnished. However there is no refrigerator.

Overall Experience was good. Food also Ok. Staff Behavior was good. Rooms are very specious and very clean.

The stay was not good. The hotel food was worst and the service was also very poor

Overall the property location and ambience is good; however they need to much improve on their food services, the delay in serving food is quite unacceptable.

Property building looks old but rooms are very good, super clean and with all promised amenities. Room service and staff is very good and polite. Food quality is really good and with variety. Overall I would say it’s worth in the given price bracket.

Clean room, quick check-in and checkout but finesse is missing. Room service knocks and enters inside the room without waiting to open the door. Room service order taking is always in a hurry 😁

We decided to book this property post out research and going through reviews and videos. I am not sure why people have complained so much in real the property is good in all aspects and we truly loved the stay. This property does not give a resort feel but at the price you get its enough and Swosti has maintained his name. We are sharing some images from the property and beach is very walkable from this property. A good property if tou looking for a hotel at this range go for it and dont depend on reviews.

Staffs were cooperative and well behaved and hospitable. Kitchen staff would improvise order as per requirement. Cleanliness, was bit of a concern, no AC in lobby which makes guests uncomfortable to wait till all formalities are done. No lift so a person like me who has knee pain had to climb stairs

Wrost place to stay, government hospital is better than this resort, food at resort is not worthy at all, wrost maintenance

Good for family and short stays. Bit older property, managed by Swosti group. Food is good and amenities are basic but hospitality is up to the mark.

Rooms are clean and neat but property/building is seems like very old. Food is good but need to improve.
