not clean room food not better service is poor washroom not clear room are dirty service not good washroom not clean

ROOM is not so good , just Ok to stay. But Sea view rooms are quite good . (premium rooms has only one side view of sea) . Very good food. Best location to stay at gopalpur. we have booked with a breakfast room , but breakfast is not available in the buffet , they take the order and then make it(limited items only) . Better to book without breakfast room.

Staff excellent, rooms not well maintained and priced higher

Price is too high and service is very worst. The rooms are not being maintained properly. There is no exhaust and window curtain in bathroom. It’s an old property, without any maintenance. Not worthy to the amount paid, instead we can go for Mayfair or Zone by Park.

staff behavior very cure.. room and food also not good.. waste of money..Nothing was the good from staff side they are very rude person no one help out to shift the laggage from your car to room the breakfast is very bakwas type jam bread and tea the given parathas without masala. And they called that the aaloo pratha shameless people,

After checking I saw there was very small room and unhinged toilet, properly was booked for wedding purpose so I was booked another hotel for the two days . It's was totally wasted money which I was booked in MMT.also i request your customer care for cancell the booking they aslo not resolved.very bad experience after a long time.

location is very good,my room location was also good as it was sea facing with balcony,over all experience is good but as per as rate of the room ,the condition of room may be more better.

Executive Rooms are very conjested and no space available to keep luggage. Pool also dirty not clean

Location of the hotel was nice and view was mesmerising and had a great time but with manager behaviour with guest was not good that is the little bit awkward otherwise had a great time at Hotel.

Rooms looks different from what's shown in the photos, mosquitoes are present in rooms which is surprising after paying so much

My recent stay at Saanaira Resort & Spa was a bit of a mixed bag. While the location on the beach was fantastic and the view was indeed stunning, the overall experience fell short of my expectations, especially considering the price. Location & View:   Pros: The resort is directly on the beach, offering unparalleled views of the ocean. The location is peaceful and serene, perfect for relaxation.   Rooms:   Pros: The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds.  Cons: The furniture and decor are damaged and in need of a refresh / repair.    Royal Room: The royal room, while larger, was not up to par. The washroom was not functioning properly, and despite complaints, it was not fixed during our stay. Food:   Cons: The food overall was not very tasty, and the prices were exorbitant for the quality and quantity. We found better dining options outside the resort. Service:    The staff was generally friendly and helpful, but there were occasional communication issues. Overall: Saanaira Resort & Spa has the potential to be a great destination, but it needs significant improvements in terms of facilities, amenities, and food quality. The location and views are its biggest selling points, but they alone cannot justify the high prices. Tips:  * If you're considering staying at Saanaira, book a room with a view, as that's the main highlight.  * Be prepared to dine outside the resort for better food options and more reasonable prices.   Overall, while the location is beautiful, Saanaira Resort & Spa falls short of being a truly enjoyable or value-for-money experience.
