Otdc location is vary good,sea beach is vary near, their stuff is so polait and vary helpful, food is awesome,

The room was horrible and bedding was dirty specifically blanket. Property is like very old and in very poor condition

The cottage rooms are huge but lacks of basic amenities. Electric kettle was provided without any refreshment like tea or coffee. No toiletries were provided other than 2 small soap packets. Rooms are not properly maintained. Construction works are going on and the disturbance is there since morning to late evening. Unknown people are roaming and gossiping at the balcony. They have not provided a bottle of water also as complementary which all other hotels are providing. At the time of leaving they also asked for tips which you can’t deny. Only good thing is the on site parking. Otherwise it is not recommended for book the property. There are other properties available at the same price in the location with good service. I was very happy to stay at OTDC Panthanivas Gopalpur. All the staff there are very good.

Location wise it’s a good place. Not many to complain about if you are thinking of a non expensive accommodation. Food quality is moderate, nothing mentionable. Regarding amenities, this OTDC Gopalpur is having a makeover and huge construction activities are ongoing, which can be completed within the next 3-5 months and for this reason, the travellers can face problems. Services and staff are decent. Overall a rating of 3.5 (out of 5) from me.

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the quality of the Cottage Room that I recently booked. The room was in very poor condition, lacked basic amenities, and the air conditioning was not functional. This experience was far below expectations and not in line with the description provided at the time of booking. I request that you immediately stop accepting bookings for this property on your platform until these issues are resolved. I expect a prompt response and appropriate action to be taken at the earliest.

Sea side property, difficult to maintain. Plasters are falling. Garbage spread all over. Still, the garden is beautifully maintained. Cottages built. The restaurant staff gave full attention. Food was good. Staff very cooperative. Quite improved from my last visit during Dec 2005. Feedback given through email

Nice property with a silent location beside beach. Though old building needs renovation. A well maintained garden with this property. Kitchen and stuffs are helpful. Food is good. I must say a budget property with amenities like ac and geyser.

Location is fabulous of the property. Food options are limited but good quality food at reasonable prices. Has a private beach, looks beautiful while sunset. Although rooms need a bit of modifications, quite rugged look.

The room I got was very bad , the wallpaper on the wall was torn , the room was very unhygienic , the cupboard was very dirty , The washroom was ok but not that much clean..The government should pay more attention to this... We would suggest private property more than this.

Property not maintained properly, location very good. Staffs at dining are good and helpful. Food price too high. Private beach of property may be better.

It was a good experience staying at panthanibas. Food was excellent and so the service. One thing which I didn't like is their AC. It was not working properly. I informed them but nothing was resolved.

Otdc guest house was fantastic. location was quite excellent. staff behaviour was really appreciable special cooking staffs were fantastic and nice
