1. AC is not working properly 2. The room toilets are very dirty 3. The room fridge is not available, except for these all services are good

Hospitality of staff towards us was excellent . service and food was good . Mainly being center of the town we could enjoy the marketing .

The biggest advantage of this hotel is location. It is centrally located for all marketing purposes. The hotel is very peaceful even though it is in a busy location. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The people are also very cordial. The bathrooms are small in size, but can be manageable.

Hotel staff behaviour is arogant, room is not clean, ac is not working, restaurant persons are very arrogant

Courteous staff. Excellent room service. Rooms maintained well. Traveller with car should take guidance to reach parking. This is a one way traffic zone, need to check with reception in advance if carrying more n heavy travelling stuff.

Hi, this hotel is third class hotel due to his room service, room category, and staff behavior i am booked suite room but they are provided normal room. And they are not provided towel, bedsheets and soaps even drinking water. Dirty bedsheets

On an average the stay was good for a family although it needs more maintenance of washrooms. Not very good but not bad also.

Hotel is at main location of the town & room was excellent, staffs are good & price was reasonable. Service was too good & responsive.

The property is in prime location but the building is old and not hygienic to stay. No proper room service and beds are dirty not well maintained

They didn't clean the room despite multiple reminder. Rooms are decent and clean. Ac was good and kept the room cool. Parking may be an issue as they have only 3 spots. Outside parking not possible as it's on a busy market road.

Except for a couple of enthusiastic service boys, the place is the worst to stay - mosquitoes, moths, cockroaches roam around your room and will live with you. The front office do not even know how to react for such a query. Their rates are criminal for such property. Food is ok ok. And an useless regular menu.
