Room is not clean no satisfied because bed all not clean no food no members no response letin bathroom not clean

It's so filthy u wouldn't like to touch anything over here. Linen, room walls, mirrors, corridor, lobby everything is filthy. Never has been cleaned since inception. If u have to then only stay here but that too avoid bringing family. No water provided. If u have taken 500km long bike drive in a dirty road still u get out of this hotel more dirtier after 1 hour stay. Choose other options

I paid already and went for check-in. The manager asked for extra charges to which i denied. But then i negotiated with an amount and he denied again and asked me to talk to the customer service. On talking to them they said they will provide me a shift in some other hotel. But they didn't do that as well. They forced me to stay in the same hotel where the manager wasn't cooperative and not understanding. I denied and asked them for a refund it was late night at least i'll check-in somewhere else. But neither they helped me finding another property nor they refunded any amount. I had to go to some other property and they still charged me the entire stay.

Ac remote battery missing, no door key provided, used clothes in the cupboard. Room was big, had open car parking.

Bedsheet was not clean, room was full of cockroaches, and room service was very bad, they don't respond to the service call.

Rooms were dusty, blankets & bedsheets were heavily stained and they didn't bother to change it, broken tap in bathroom

very dirty, stinking rooms and bed sheet was so dirty that my son has got infection due to itching. i will never go for oyo again..

please don't go to this hotel. any one who is booking through the oyo or book for them they are asking extra 1500. They are telling that they are not under oyo. So money will be not taken. But they are putting low price so that more travelers come to there hotel, and then they will give more money. Some helpless travelers have to give them this money.

Asking extra money from customer i am visiting reception already payment completed on makemytrip app but you are asking extra money from customer

Makemy trip is a cheating company. I have lost my money. This is very bad.

Hotel room and washroom was pathetic. Bedsheets pillow covers was not clean at all. Bathroom condition was horrible. I doubt they do any sanitization part. It was very bad experience. Not worth the money they are charging per night at all.

They have to improve a lot in terms of room cleaning & maintenance.
