Terrible Stay
This is very far from munnar and no climate advantages as munnar. Please provide rooms that have same climate of munnar. And specifically no facilities are there even hot water not there and no blankets and no good pillows.

You asked me to cancel your reservation, but i told you i am helpless, you are booked in non refundable rates on mmt.we are providing budget rates stay for our gusts.not expected 3 star facilities .Although .We are providing good facilities for our gusts.Thank you
