The location is very good in the lap of nature surrounded by mountains. car parking is also available. rooms and room service is very good. Food is just ok. a lot of playing options were also available. the staff is very good and quick to respond. overall a nice stay. an unforgettable weekend. 👍🏻

Average Stay
I will start with approaching the place. Place is very much approachable from Kandaghat- Chail road 400 mtr, parking is enough, staffs very supportive and welcoming, rooms are spacious however washrooms need to improved as it was smelly and due to some leakage floor was always wet. Food quality is ok. Overall average to good stay.

Awesome stay at Mountain view resort. Very nice behaviour of staff specifically Madam Sangeeta. Nice food. Clean rooms. Only one suggestion that there should be some activities or games for kids and adults as well in the evening to make stay more memorable. Nice place to stay. Overall outstanding

Wonderful place for family vacation
We had a wonderful experience staying at the resort. We went with the whole family - elderly and children - and the property caretaker ms sangita took excellent care of us. We were given complimentary room upgrade since the rooms were available because of off season. Location - the resort itself is ideally located for a quiet stay and has wonderful valley view to offer. The approach road to the resort is a bit tricky for large suv but we could manage. Parking was in the open. Going by our own vehicle, it was easy to travel around to see the various places of attraction in chail. Ms sangita have us a general idea of all the places to cover. Food - the food was good and although the buffet wasn't available, the kitchen staff made sumptuous breakfast available for us in the dining area because we'd opted for breakfast in the package. It gets trickier to drive at night so we had dinner at the resort itself and they've a good range of items in the menu - veg and non veg. Maintenance & amenities - the property itself is maintained very well with spacious rooms and hygiene maintained. All the amenities were provided and we could call upon the staff of we wanted anything and they would help out promptly. Because of off season there were little presence of other patrons and that added to the charm of the property. Swings and basic play area for children was good although could use some more games etc. Altogether a pleasant stay for the family.

Excellent Stay
coupleExcellent resort in chail for stay with family. The lady at the counter was very cordial and helpful. The hotel staff parked my car in the parking space. The food was tasty and ontime. We had to check out early at 8 in the morning and avoided our complimentary breakfast due to hill driving. The lady in charge therefore made the previous night dinner complimentary. I would like to visit again the mountain view resort in future.

Good Stay
We stayed at mountain view resort for two nights and overall it was a very good experience. Check in was smooth, food and staff also very nice. The best part of the resort is it's location. Only problem faced was the disturbance caused by some loud people who were not with their families and creating noise. We would like to suggest that such office or other than family groups should be given separate rooms so that they don't disturb families.

coupleAmazing hilltop location, just 5 km away, on the road towardschail bus stand. Huge widespread of step hills in front of the property and the mountain view is mesmerizing from the balcony. I stayed here for 2 nights with my family, the location is very good, parking space available, staff is vey polite and friendly, full marks to service, view from room is great. Room was very clean. coupleLocation is excellent. Surrounded by farms of carnecian flowers and green devdar trees. One can walk around with ease to feel the silence of the mo-hog valley. The morning view is really the best. The garden of the resort is beautiful. The staff is very humble with a great service oriented attitude. The resort is very nice for relaxation and sight seeing of nearby places like kali bar i ka tibia and chail palace( of 3 idiots movie fame.

Worse experience of the life
Wastage of money, rude staff, dirty rooms, even food was also not so good, although location of the property was good but not maintained, totally untrained staff, during breakfast everything observed mismatched.

Dear Guest, first of all thanks to sharing your feedback with us. Firstly you told for room size to us which was already mentioned on the website that cottage room size is 250sf. Rooms were fully cleaned even i checked the room by myself before giving to you. For breakfast there was buffet and the total varieties was 7or 8 for the breakfast. Whenever you were calling for anything you wanted that thing very quick which was impossible. Due to fully booked you have to wait for atleast 5minutes for everything. If you have some pictures of dirty rooms you can upload kindly do not misguide other guest. Our staff communicated very well with you.
Cleaning
Cleaning has to be up to mark - currently their was a slight gap. They should maintain proper clean environment. Lots of bugs and makari were their and regular cleaning should clean the structure
