Poor Stay
Extremely poor service.. Nobody at reception.. For Breakfast you have to call .. nobody picks nothing.. property location offbeat but good view.. Service wise it was homestay example for breakfast i had to wait 3 hours because earlier nobody picked phone then picked and said food is coming then said cylinder finish

Pathetic road to reach hotel by car.Good view from room.
Location-Very remote .No nearby attraction,a tinny village town approx 1 km away. Road condition- Last 200 mtr extreme up hill to hotel was pathetic. I have driven car more than 3lakh km but even i felt my car will not climb at some point. Road was full of big stone and chips which was sleeping below tyre ,no traction due to loose stones. After leaving all 3 members of my family on foot finally able to drive till hotel(last 200mtr). Hotel and locality need to repair the road condition. View from room- Very Good. Room condition- Good except washroom door which was very very hard to close and open. Food- We have not tried much. But rara chicken which i ordered was tastes good but it was definitely not rara and pieces was not cooked very good and it was hard. Food prices-On higher side. Due to road condition we have decided not to move by car after reaching hotel. Nearby area- Walkable nearby jungle area is nice to spend time. As per my openion Up to max 2.5 k/night hotel is valu for money ,above that not worth it due to other conditions. More than 1 night stay will be boring except you are here just to relax. Hotel staff was very friendly, helpfull and polite.

However, reaching the hotel can be quite tricky, as the route lacks clear signage and can be confusing—especially for first-time visitors. It's best to avoid traveling there at night. Although the surroundings were pleasant, the overall experience was just average. The food was underwhelming and felt overpriced given both the quality and portion size. Enhancing the dining experience and improving accessibility to the hotel would greatly elevate the overall stay.

For views it’s a must stay, for food it is average
The property location is great, please be mindful that it will take extra time to reach, as the trail from main road to the property is challenging, meant only for SUVs, but food is below average, not as per the price quoted for the quantity, but if you are looking for a peaceful stay with stunning views, go for this property. The staff is humble and courteous.

Amazing location, Good food and superb views. Hospitality was nothing less than perfect. Spacious rooms made of wooden planks made it unique, big washroom with geyser was super comfortable. A few things that needs improvement: 1. Some items need repair like doors, shaving mirror etc. 2. WIFI and electricity supply is interrupted due to location but sitting in the balcony and watching nature is a better option as that's what we go to mountains for "PEACE"😍 3. Elevated road towards the hotel entrance is broken making it difficult to drive. should be repaired However, the hospitality, weather, nature views, timely order delivery compensated for all. The staff is polite and always available for anything. Special thanks to "Tango" and "Rahul Rawat" . I WILL COME BACK 👍

Good Stay
The property is very clean and tidy. The staff is very cooperative. The way to the property was exactly as the maps, although secluded. But the view from the property and the calming peace is all more than worth it. The best part is, places like Chail, Kufri and Shimla are all at a reasonable distance to visit and come back. I would recommend this property to everyone if you are looking for a humble weekend.

The hotel was one of the best in terms of location, view and aesthetic’s. The room were pretty and balconies were very well placed. The staff was well behaved and polite. Only issue is food was not that great as the property was, but still it was satisfactory. Also they need to work on maintenance of cupboard and door locks(the cupbord door fall off and lock was very hard to use. I would recommend people to visit the property.

familyIt was a memorable experience to start with. First of all, this place is even better than the pictures on mmt. The view from the balcony of the valley is just incredible. You get a unobstructed view of the sunrise and sunset from the propwerty itself. The wooden theme and the interior is quite remarkable. Starting from thr ambiance of the resort to the food and the recreation stuff, everything was on point. Highly recommended whenever you visit chail. Its a great offbeat place for peaceful l moments

The resort was good, location was great too. The surroundings were very peaceful and quiet. The only issue we faced was with food, they were charging high prices for less than decent food quality. The portion size was small and pricey. We had a proper meal for 3 people from the market in the price the hotel was asking for 1 portion of dal
