The food tasted average and very slow service. Property location is easily reachable and an ample amount of parking space is there. property cleaning and hygiene should be improved.

The stay was ok. There is a shortage of staff in the hotel. No security gaurds. The tv was not working, no wifi. Though mr. Abhishek was helpful, my room was changed the next day but for 1st day i had to suffer. Overall ok ok experience.

Overall excellent stay at chail village retreat, superb scenic view, soundproofing rooms, good ambience and comfortable stay with family. Play area for kids and even bigger villa rooms with ample of parking space stayed for 2 nights. Host was good thanks

Hotel staff denied to provide GST bill even I have paid tax.

It was one night stay with my friends. The property is a new construction, which will give you the feeling of cleanliness. It is a budgeted property of 12 room, the cons are too less human resource to serve you. No telecom service in the room. Maintenance is lacking although it is a new construction. Food is OK.
