Review Of Flag House Resort

Wonderful resort in the lap of nature, good hospitality and well mannered staff, taking good care of the guests.

Good location, equally distanced (approx 18 KMs)from Shimla and Chail,reposeful place away from rush and hustle bustle of tourists… Great resort with excellent restaurant/gym and spa facilities.. Humble staff.

Disappointed with the size of the room, food, tea kettle unwashed, no house keeping support after 6 pm and the food was really sad

this is absolutely a stunning place in the lap of nature, surrounded by scenic beauties. Finger licking food with variety of options. we stayed there for 2 nights in Dussatti and Duckadiya which we enjoyed a lot, really liked the cottage names,😀 and thought of checking another property for our another day stay, which had to regret totally.Courteous staff which is extremely supportive. there is a ample space for kids to enjoy which u won't get in any hotel at hill stations.Extremely satisfied with this property.

The resort is easily approachable, it has great rooms, clean, big, neat and tidy, opens towards green valley on all sides. The food was super delicious, wont feel like eating in restaurants with lots of masalas, but clean tasty, minimal oil. The breakfast was great too. Hotel staffs were nice and welcoming. The only concern is if you wake up early (6am) in the morning, you wont get the breakfast till 9am. It starts only at 9am and they have their reasons too as most of the people prefer to come late for the breakfast. In case you are early riser, inform them in advance so that breakfast could be prepared early. What you like - locations, approachable good roads, great rooms, super delicious food what you wont it is not exactly a resort, in fact hotel with extended small open space for relaxing. (though it is wrong to expect goa like resort in hills)

Completely loved staying here. Food was very good.

Staff was not friendly at all and service provided was also not good. The rooms didn't have ceiling fan/ac and temperature was too high when we arrived. So we needed either fan or ac. Staff was very rude to this when asked. Rooms are very small and conjusted. Rooms intercom was not working. Hope they could work on customer's grievance and work ok their staff's customer service. Location is good, only if they could improve their service it would be best option.

The location is amazing and away from chaos. Staff is really great and hospitality is awesome

Awesome property, nice location, great hospitality and the best part is their food. We had home style chicken curry, biriyani, chicken dimsums, holumbi lemon chicken. Everything was extra ordinary. The best we had ever tasted. Rooms were very spacious with balcony. Everything here is best.

Excellent place far away from Shimla. Staff is very very polite and courteous.

View is awesome, food is great, staff was very lenient specially Mr. Siaram go, he is very nice guy, the room was very neat and clean, overall everything was amazing. Even our children was very happy.

Not much to do in the Resort itself. Ordered a bonfire. View is good enough. Shimla mall is 50 min away. Through some very narrow roads.

Did not liked the room at all. it was too small and did not had the balcony. Room had a door which was connected to another room and was very disturbing.

I visited to this hotel on 16-dec. Location is far from the Shimla and Chail. Overall resort is good. Views from the hotes are perfect. Having facilities like gym, table tennis, badminton, snooker and other indoor games. Food is very tasty, staff is very cooperative. If you go with your car then only you can reach there. Because hotel is far and far away from Shimla and Chail. I would say its in a lonely place on height. Weather was cool due to height. Cold air was running all the times. They provide heater, hot water all the time. You can't go there by public conveyance. If you need taxi from the hotel they charge approx rs 2000. I would say you can book this hotel if you need a peaceful stay.

The place is far away from hustle, view from the resort is beautiful. Food was awesome and staff is very good. I would say this resort is value for money. I think they can improve by organising activities and games.

Good stay. Got room booked but by my mistake or make my trip computer mistake got swiss tent booking. Tent is very neat and clean but some security issues with monkeys and insects. Had to switch to room by extra payment. Overall well trained staff with caring nature. Good food quality. Value for money. 8/10.
