Food and stay both are good, They were giving good service and food was also good.very peaceful location

Due to an unexpected medical emergency, I initially requested to cancel my booking. Unfortunately, my request was denied, even after I offered to accept a partial refund as a compromise. Given the circumstances, we reluctantly decided to proceed with the stay. However, the experience was extremely disappointing. The property had no mobile network coverage, and there were frequent power cuts throughout our stay. Additionally, we were the only guests at the hotel, which made the environment feel isolated and unsettling. Overall, the stay was far from what we expected, and it added to an already difficult situation.

Overrated, property is very far from city, located at isolated place, not recommended for family stay, also felt unsafe and uncomfortable during stay. Booked this hotel for 2 days but left in 1 day.

Worst experience due to hotel care taker kapil. He tried to become over friendly despite our ignorance and later tried to abuse my son. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The stay was very very beautiful and worth. Hotel is located just near chail where you can enjoy the utmost beauty of mountains. If you are a person who has gone to enjoy mountains then this is the best option to stay away from the city crowd. You have the beautiful sunsets and a charming morning view from the balcony. The hospitality was very welcoming and the manager was always there to help you out. Price is very wise and reasonable. I thank you for the beautiful experience.

The hotel is located at a very beautiful and peaceful location. The rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures and totally worth the money. Plus the best thing was the hospitality of the hotel staff. Felt like home. The food was good too. Room service was quick. Would highly recommend for a budget and comfortable stay. The hospitality of the manager was brilliant he was a multitasker which was quite impressive. The food was delicious. We had a occasion planned and there was no availability of cakes in the market we went but the hotel staff arranged the cake for our occasion. The staff was friendly. To be precise the service provided was appreciatiable.
