The property is just spic and span!! The terrace is a cherry on the cake! We stayed in a suite! The linen was very clean! The staff is very polite! Worth the price they offer!

Terrible Stay
Property is situated at a nice place, however the situation of room is terrible, the room was stinking and the bathroom was the worse, not properly cleaned and had a very unpleasant smell coming out of the washroom. I would not recommend.

stayed for 3 nights with friends.Staff was cordial.food was good. Towels n bed sheets were not upto the mark which is a matter of concern.

family with 1 kidcordial staff.. The room was good(view room) Little smell on cups like they are not often used. Food was good. nice sunset view point they have.

The location of the hotel is fab. I opted room with balcony and view of the mountains from balcony was mesmerising. I liked chail. It is very calm and relaxing. The best stay at grand sunset was an add on.

Poor show by grand sunset hotel
Location and food at the property are ok but the services and amenities were substandard. 1. The washroom was not up to the mark. 2. The fan regulator was broken. 3. The pillow covers were dirty and not ironed. 4. There was no water or tea arrangement in the room till such time we demanded for the same. 5. There were no toiletries and no slippers. We had to ask for them. If a tourist is spending around bper night, i am sure these are the basic amenities which should be available. Overall it was a poor show for us.

Roomstay and facilities
We booked the hotel for one night for our stay in chail. So we took a standard room. The room was fine. Bedding was good enough for this price. Room service is quick. Food was nice. Geyser was perfect. Water facility was good. Tv was good. Just one thought that it would have been nice if the view outside the window was a bit better.

Hotel grand sunset review
Excellent property with scenic beauty. Delicious food. Very well behaved staffs with prompt resolution of issues. Overall a great stay and i’d recommend this property to anyone who’s planning to visit chail. True to it’s name, the sunset seen from this hotel is actually ‘grand’.

Decent but could be better
The hotel is expensive when compared to the room and service. The furniture is old and walls are seeping too. The bathrooms are also below average. I was not happy with the service as well. Despite asking for a high floor room, we were given a room in the basement. We also asked for a bonfire but they could not provide it. The food is good though, no complaints there.

Grand sunset
Staff is very helpful but the overall experience is not so good. The hotel is under construction and rooms are not up to the mark according to price.

food taste is ok ok price os too hogh, room was not equal its tarif, balcony not clean, my experience is not good, room give me in down 3 floor🙄😔😔
