We booked a cottage for a 3-person stay, but upon arrival, we were informed that it wouldn’t accommodate three people as it was too small. Instead, we were asked to pay an additional ₹1500 for a one-bedroom upgrade. This lack of transparency during the booking process is completely unacceptable.
The upgraded room was far from satisfactory—both the bedroom and bathroom had a bad smell, and the blankets and bedsheets were in terrible condition. To make matters worse, the water heater didn’t work, and we had to bathe in ice-cold water despite the freezing weather.
The complimentary breakfast was another disappointment. While the food tasted decent, the plates provided were not clean, which was off-putting.
Overall, this experience was highly unsatisfactory and far below expectations. Clear communication and better room maintenance are essential for improving customer satisfaction.
