Review Of Archana Spa and Resort

Spa kaha hai, there are no spas in the hotel. It is not a resort. It is just a building. Nothing else is available. Madikeri is very far from here. Tourist spots are minimum 25kms from here. Even to drink tea or coffee we should go minimum 20kms. Same for restaurants(minimum 20km). Door handle is broken. Balcony lock is not working. Because of that insects enter the room. Only good thing about here is the caretakers. They were very kind and were ready to help us any way possible. In one sentence, if you want to waste your weekends by wasting money and not enjoying anything, Then this is the right place for you

They were not professional. The food charge was extravagant in comparison to the quantity. They charged 25 each for small papad which was very much unexpected. The food bill was not shared professionally. I asked for the gs-tin number for proper bill but the owner archana said she doesn't have. The washrooms were not provided with necessary items. I want to add the food bill screens-hot but the option is not given here.

Luxury stay and safe for family. Very supportive staff and great thanks for archana for making our trip memorable. Chef are well experienced. Value for money and overall good experience
