we stayed here one night, host was very welcoming. At night it's tough to reach location but host came to guide us when we got confused. Food prepared by him was awesome. He guided us with location where we can go. Overall great Stay.

A Home Away from Home I don’t usually write long reviews, but my stay at Moisty Mercara Villa truly touched me. From the moment we arrived, the owner couple made us feel like extended family. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care is something rare to find. It wasn’t just hospitality—it was warmth from the heart. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything well maintained. The bedding was fresh, the washrooms clean, and every little need was taken care of without us even having to ask. Every detail was thoughtfully handled. After long sightseeing trips, hot water was always ready. On cooler nights, extra blankets were given with a smile. These small gestures made a huge difference. The complimentary breakfast was homely and fresh every day. Dinner, available at a very reasonable price, was another highlight—especially their Aloo Mutter Pudi and Neer Dosa, which are absolute must-tries. What I’ll remember most is the natural warmth of the hosts. It never felt like “service”—it felt like staying with kind-hearted relatives who genuinely cared about our comfort. That human touch is priceless. If you’re visiting Coorg, don’t think twice. The stay was awesome. Service was also very good. Uncle and aunt are also very familiar. It was a calm and pleasant stay like a home.

Good experience. Little trouble with only one bathroom. And it is good if geyser control is with guests. Food by host is nice at reasonable price.

Not recommended for bachelors no privacy at all with common dinning, not a villa which you think it is, they are just connected rooms in one apartment, with no fridge & kitchen. Can't enjoy late night coorg. Service and food was good.

The homestay was so good. It was just home like home. It is in the middle of town on hilld surrounded by greenery. The view from stay is very beautiful. Owner is friendly and generous and helpful. Also the food was extremely delicious also he given complementary breakfast. Early check-in as well provided as room are available. Must stay place if you want a safe and homely places to stay. We went as a family and the host of property are so nice and helpful they helped in all way they can. Very good experience with stay and very good services at it

Mr. Prasanna is providing dinner and breakfast in an affordable cost. There was a king bed in the room i stayed but there was no free space in the room.

Trip was amazing and i like the hospitality of the owner. Very much caring and guided us well in all aspects. It’s worth staying in this home stay for family.

We reached moist y mercara villa without any difficulty. Host mr. Prasanna was very helpful. We stayed there for three nights. All things went on smoothly. He guided us nicely in arranging cab to see nearby tourist places. Apart from that we had morning tea coffee breakfast and delicious nonveg items for dinner. White coming back he personally dropped us at the madikeri bus stand for which we are grateful to him. I have gone through the reviews and selected this home stay. The room was good and had good ventilation. Coming to owner, he was an absolute gem. A very kind heart-ed person. Will definitely book this room again if i come to coorg next time.

The home stay was good, neat and clean. We were 5 + 2 child age below 10. Stayed from 7 to 9apr. Food preparation, taste and quantity was very good like our home food. More over delicious. Price better. Care was taken good by husband and wife.

The homestay is comfortable & clean & also in a good location. Owner is a very person & cooperative person. He was always willing to fulfill all our requests & ensured even our kid didnt fave any problem with the food. The food that they made for us were very tasty. Overall it was a very nice experience!

Mr parshana caretaker was serving excellently.

We stayed 2 days and hospitality was excellent, both wife and husband( prasanna) was so nice to us and they have have provided quality home food and we have used their kitchen to cook food for my 1. 10 years old kid like its our kitchen and they have not charged anything extra for that. Overall we had great experience.

Excellent stay in coorg. Near to ksrtc bus stand. Host is really good, he waited f pr us till modnight for checkin. Rooms are clean. Homemade breakfast was tasty.
