Excellent Stay
The place was such a perfect spot, the rooms were very comfortable and welcoming. The best part was, the quality of the products and the aesthetic didn’t lack behind from the rooms that cost double. It was such a nice experience. I would love to come here again for the 3rd time, and wishing complimentary this time.

Excellent Stay
The property is located right besides Deer Park and i had view of deer park from the balcony which was quite soothing, being located in delhi city. When I faced a few issues with the room allotted to me originally, I contacted the Manager, Me Naim. I experienced really good hospitality. Mr Naim was gracious enough to allot me an upgraded room, and ensured that I had a comfortable stay. The room service for food is also available till 1am and the food is pretty good!! I am certainly coming back here. Highly recommended.

Excellent Stay
It was a wonderful experience to stay there. Staff is very gentle, understanding and polite. Property and the room is designed very nicely and the room is very well equipped. If you are planning to stay in south Delhi. This place is the best.

A night stay at Minimalist Poshtel and suites, Haus Khas, New Delh
Location is a bit remote but reachable, had only night stay, did not experienced food. Sleeping bed , bedsheets were clean. Sleeping capsule was well ventilated and non smelly. The toilets,bathrooms were clean, toiletries was very nice, good quality. Persona at Reception were polite and helpful .

Terrible Stay
The place looks opposite to what it was shown in the images. The room stinked and there were flies all over in the lobby. It looked so shady that we checked out 5 mins after checking in. Probably the worst experiences ever!

Terrible Stay
The property has no access road to it. They make u park your vehicle in a shaddy parking lot where they scam you for extra for parking then make you sit in a smelly car that takes you to the hotel after exiting a parking lot through a galli. The room balcony is as small as a almirah. The property owner is just sitting for a quick buck.

Worst property, no safety.. People outside the property were doing hash/weed.. they were stonned. Anyone can come inside ur room, no one will even ask, so 0 safety

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!! the property is not maintained, the rooms are terribly dirty, house keeping not available even though it is listed in amenities while booking. the rooms are filled with dirt and dust, linens are not changed. the bed had hair hair and stains of body fluids. the bathrooms are dirty, the pot is not clean with fungal growths happening around the rims. water gets over and everyday at 2:30 in the afternoon the water runs out. the food though overpriced is just decent. the staff are courteous if booking made through an app. but if you want to extend and pay them upfront at the reception then their tone changes and they become blatantly rude the rooms are bot worth 5k or above as on mmt. the real price for this hotel and their best rooms is between 1500 and 3000 per night. it is an overpriced dingy and dirty hotel that's falling apart. not worth the price they quote and definitely not worth it when it come to the cleanliness. avoid at all costs.

99% different from photos shown . As basic as AC was pathetic, bathroom and toilets were too cramped. Walls had seepage issue. Very bad.
