Excellent property with good location, near to dal lake, good clean rooms n amenities amenities. U hv got your own kitchen to cook anything, u can order through swiggy, zomato, there are many options of restaurant within 5 min of walking distance. Behavior of owner n staffs is a class.

Very clean and well maintained homestay / lodging. The owner handles the Guest preity and well and is concerned about our stay - elders, children. Was actually surprised by the arrangement provided. Good for all ages. Food delivery is available by Zomato and other app. Also good restaurants are available nearby.

The property is great value for money - it's a 2-3 min walk from Dal lake, ghat 2. This makes it close to all the shops and amenities The room was extremely neat and clean with enough charging points and storage space. Bathroom was also very clean. It has electric mattresses for the winter and was quite comfortable in minus 2 to minus 3. One of the biggest USPs is the cordial and helpful approach of the owner. Wasique bhai was very helpful and accomodating, be it my requests for extension of stay or guiding me with local public transport info. Overall, i would recommend this place anyday. Note - I stayed on the 2nd floor. For the very elderly or those with knee issues, I would recommend enquiring about rooms on the 1st floor. Also, the family lives in the premises and it's a residential neighborhood so appropriate decorum should be followed.

Lowood is in an excellent location and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
