A perfect stay from a group. Of 4 and more this is exactly what you want To party. When in a group. I liked the place overall. Pricing has been the best when you are on a long trip and want to save. A thumbs up stay and super friendly helper yuvraj

It's a nice and clean place for stay. Pretty good for the tariff amount. Rooms are clean and AC works fine. The location is not really awesome but they have other hotels near beach as well. It's a place worth the value paid.

Room is OK location is quite near to beach. It was very close to beach and service was really good but you could really get better rooms for the same cost. It is very spacious but a little old and the check in time is very strictly followed so we had roam around the city. So that we don't pay extra amount if you love beach-side stay then this is not the place for you but, overall it was a good stay without any disturbance.

Worst experience and I would not suggest it for anyone. There is nothing great about the stay. No WiFi facility provided but it is mentioned in the available services. The room service is provided with extra charge and the food is very expensive. The service apartment is not well maintained, had broken bed, broken table and no hot water.

The rooms were spacious. The apartment was comfortable for 4. The staff there were really friendly. The location was really clearly an advantage. It is a 10 min drive to the beach. The only negative thing was that the fan was not working in one room and there was no heater in one bathroom.

If you are a large group and looking for a service apartment in Pondy, this is the best and only place. Location is at heart of city. Closeby to French quarters. Very spacious apartment, comfortable stay. The guy who looks after, Yuvaraj was very hospitable and friendly. We used to order breakfast, coffee etc. And he got us very quickly. Also we used to return back very late in night, he was awake to open the gates. Was a wonderful host. I would strongly recommend this place if you are looking for value for money, great location & a wonderful host in Pondy. The facilities in this service apartment is very similar to ones in Goa.

The place is easy to find, with good parking space (very rare in pondi) and the service person was very friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure everything was comfortable and bought us food etc right to the place. Definitely recommended if you're a group of friends.

The hotel staff was very nice and agreed to shift to a different property next to the beach. Obviously there were additional charges which were quite reasonable. It was pleasant morning waking up at a sea side.

Stayed in the apartment with a group of friends. The stay was very comfortable. Clean and spacious rooms. And good location. Well maintained. Will surely recommend my friends if they are travelling in a group. Because most hotels do not permit more than 3 guests in a room.

Well-Furnished flat... Easily accessible to the core place of the city. Service guy was over enthusiastic towards guests. Parking is in open space inside the compound but there is shelter. I personally suggest one can go for if they are getting around 3k in any fecal rather than a room in hotel.
