Excellent ambience.. Very helpful staffs..Room floor cleaning could have been good ...but overall experience was very nice..one suggestion floor mat should be given in bed also

We were on a road trip in Tamilnadu during Diwali 2025 and wanted to visit White town Puducherry. As we were on the go, tried to search for places to stay on Google maps and found Luigi Villa as one of the affordable options. We had booked a deluxe room and a family room. The rooms were spacious, the beds and accessories were comfortable. The extra matress that we got in the could have been much better. The staff was friendly during the check-in. In the morning when we asked if the kitchen can serve us coffee or tea, we were a bit surprised to know that they get it from surrounding restaurant.

Location is okay but service was pathetic, service really needs to improve. No cleanliness in the room, they don't provide essential things you need to follow up on them repeatedly.

Best Room, Near to French Colony and Rock Beach. Overall convenient location to stay.

The first floor rooms with balcony are brilliant. One gets a beautiful view, soothing sounds of sea all day long and can enjoy a relaxing evening with cool sea breeze. The caretaker Loganathan is also very helpful and available at all times.

It was good overall. People were very helpful. However a small suggestion since the room rent is equivalent to hotels, the room services could also be improved. For eg: the facilities in the room like sugar, coffee powder & some extra bath items. The stay was very good & pleasant

The villa has a great location in White Town, close to the beach and cafés. Rooms are clean and the staff are polite and helpful. However, some facilities could be improved, such as bathroom size, TV functioning, and mosquito control. Overall, a good stay for those who value location and heritage charm.

Villa is located in one of the great place i.e.white town. Amazing stay experience at Luigi villa, Pondicherry. Rooms were very clean and hygienic. Good staff and supported throughout stay. Would love to recommend if you are planning to Pondicherry.

It was a very nice experience. We had a great time with our family. The property location is awesome,easy access to beach, restaurants, park. And need to mention about the property persons, they're very friendly and addressed quickly for any issues.

Heritage stay in the heart of French Colony

I had an amazing stay at Luigi Villa! The rooms were super spacious, much larger than what you’d usually find in Pondicherry. The interiors gave a very relaxed, homely vibe, perfect for a slow vacation. The staff were extremely supportive and attentive, always willing to help with a smile, which really made the stay comfortable. The location is simply super prime, right in the heart of White Town and just a couple of minutes’ walk from the beach. You can easily step out for cafés, boutique shopping, and evening strolls along the promenade without worrying about transport. Highly recommend it for anyone wanting to experience Pondicherry from the best spot in town!

Luigi villa is in the middle of the most happening place. Great place. However the standard room accommodation could have been better. The space for extra bed is hardly there.

Over all it was more than 10/10. Excellent service, clean and hygienic, host was very very humble, understanding person and accommodating. It was really a nice Villa stay. Mr. Kumran and Mr Mani took very good care.

I find it from MakeMyTrip. The standard room and service are good. But I feel the below things need to be maintained 1. TV is not working. 2. Mosquito are there at midnight, not proper sleeping.

I stayed here in August 2025, and apart from its location, there was nothing convenient or pleasant about this hotel. It completely fails to justify the price. There were several issues: The bathroom was extremely small and unclean. Although I paid for 3 people, the room didn’t have enough space to accommodate an extra mattress. Both the room and bathroom were cramped and far from comfortable. The mosquito problem was unbearable — we couldn’t sleep at all. Despite the obvious issue, the hotel didn’t even provide a mosquito repellent. On top of that, we were asked to switch rooms within 30 minutes of check-in under a false excuse, which was unprofessional and inconvenient. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
