very bad experience
I say with my family 30 to 31st August. 4th floor last room. if I go near the elevator, I cross 3 rooms full of bachelor they are making sound until 3am. very bad experience.

Rooms ok for friends staying, family stay not recommended, bit need to improvement in cleaning, near by canal is there, so lot of mosquito need to control.

I stayed in an ac room and it was of decent size, staff service was also average, room standard was also average, no drinking water, open bathroom windows, scooty rental service is provided by the hotel. It's good for bachelors for budget stay.

Worst
businessRoom denied but still charged. If the hotel has denied the room irrespective of the reason then why keep my payment. What if it was payment at hotel. ? i trusted make my trip and made the entire payment and you are misusing it.

We have blocked the room for but you came late night around 9:30 and the reason to denied the room is we don't allow local person but ur I'd proof is with pondicherry adress so the room has been not given if u cancel the room before 12 noon shure u will be refunded the mistake is not ours

Location of property is very good in way nearby railway station n very near to sea beach we can get transport just at the door staff n shift manager very polite helping nature cleanliness in room as well out side good room is comfortable

Room as neat and peaceful
Our stay is very beautiful at l'ocean. Felt very calm and had our own space. But there is full of smoking cigarette smell around the rooms

Hotel is good, staffs provided more support, this hotel situated near beach and centre of the town. Walkable distance to the beach restaurants, parks, theatres, liquor shops situated near by this hotel, railway station value for money

Ammunitities are not working
Tv is not working, wifi is not working, there is no charging point, small fridge in the room is not working, ac remote is not available to control the temperature. But the room is good. Bathroom is neat.

I can accept the second point only tv is working charging point is there next to the cupboard ac is in automatic control so remote id not needed when you check out i have visited the room the plug point of the fridge is not connected so it will not work

1. For 2adult & 1child offline price (ac room) is rs. /night where it is rs . 2. customer checkout time is 12noon (mandatory. Where offline customer can enjoy 24 hour stay. 3. Toilet have earthworm which we found 3 time in 2 night stay. 4. Room is app 100sft not justifiable for rs. 3- per night.

What you say is right direct check in will stay for 24 hrs but if rooms are full means they will not be getting rooms but for booking people not like that rooms will be waiting for you people who booked through online and for direct checkin the price will not remain same it depends on the bookings for direct checkin for 2 nights we will be charging min int-hat case you people are lucky and i feel very sorry for the earthworm in wash room

Extremely tiny rooms, no hygiene, full on swarm of mosquitoes, bad service.
