I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with our recent stay at [Hotel Name]. We had booked the hotel expecting a comfortable and pleasant experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst experiences.
The issues we faced include:
1. *Bad pungent smell* in the room.
2. *Reception located on the second floor*, which was inconvenient, especially for our elderly family members.
3. *Rooms allocated on different floors*, causing further inconvenience.
4. *Low light and dark hotel ambiance*, which did not match the expectations set by the website.
5. *Bad ambiance* overall, which made our stay unpleasant.
Moreover, we have kids and elderly people traveling with us who have difficulty climbing steep staircases, and the hotel's layout was not accommodating to their needs. To make matters worse, the hotel staff were not supportive at all, which added to our frustration.
The rooms shown on MakeMyTrip's website are completely different then physical.
We are completely unhappy with the booking. We hope that you will take our feedback seriously and take necessary actions to improve your services.
