Comfortable stay for 3 nights and sol
The property's location is very good and well maintained.Rooms are spacious and all linens are clean and no issue at all.Rest room is also well cleaned and hygiene maintained.However the people at receptions are very strict and I asked for one hour early check-in but they told strictly no and they are changing Rs 200 per hour for early check in or late check out.There is no arrangement for food and they warned me that I have to shell out if any linen is strained or any damage during check in.My cable tv was not in operational and I asked reception to recharge and he told he will do but didn't.I have also not followed repeatedly.Coming to wifi it's not assured service and its hop on and off and speed is not assured and buffering speed.Rest room doesn't have exhaust fan.people in reception should be trained for more hospitable and guest should feel more comfortable.For solo it is recommended.They have kept one reusable water bottle in the floor and self service for water filling.Mosquiots are ruling the kingdom.One govt school is behind my room and no scope to open windows as it is facing directly to school .I think it's good when comes to room, hygienic and cleaned linen

Rooms are very neat and clean...and the one thing I should tell about is the receptionist irfan was very humble and kind to us during our visit...all the care takers was helpful in very situation..and overall it's a very nice stay in pondicherry white town area

Not so good, water was not free and the quality of washroom was not hygienic

Rooms are pretty good. Misses on few amenities such as tea/coffee sachets and bottled drinking water. Wifi was not working.

Room is somewhat smoky and walls are not good, also when we asked late checkout they are not allowing not more than 15 mnts, but its not like other hotels they give us atelast half hr time
