We were said that a room would have a maximum occupancy for three people but it was too small and only two people could be in that room

The behavior of the staff is truly commendable—they are polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm and respectful attitude makes the environment even more welcoming. Additionally, the level of cleanliness maintained throughout the premises is impressive. Every area is spotless, well-organized, and hygienic, showing great attention to detail. Overall, everything is well-managed, and I am highly satisfied with the quality of service offered.

Good place to stay
Very near and clean good to stay location is also near by to the new bus stand/rock beach and botanical garden as well.

Average Stay
Location is center of all places. Amenities could be improved, not spacious, water was very slow in tap

Excellent Stay
The stay was good and the standard room was very small but totally comfortable everything is working fine tv, ac, and heater we never face any issues thank you!

Poor Stay
The room didn't not look anything like the ones shown in the pictures. The size of the room was small and the bathroom with no space to stand comfortably. Also, there was no phone in the room to contact the help desk for any assistance. There's no lift to the top floors either. The price seems to high for the services offered. (zero to minimal) the only good thing was the staff that was approachable and kind.

Poor Stay
I booked the triple bedroom stay. The bed were so small. The queen bed was size of a single bed & the second bed which was supposed to be a single bed was too small. For ac each time i have to call the reception to turn it on. Tv had no hdmi cable, there was an old tv. Room was smaller than expected or as shown on the app. Parking area was small. We had to park outside the hotel beside a shop. Will not book this hotel next time for sure.

Family stay
Hotel is located in centre of city and easy accessible to beach and shops. Room is maintained clean.
