"Absolutely terrible experience at this hotel! The washrooms were in a deplorable state, and the rooms were overcrowded and cramped. To top it off, they charged an exorbitant amount of money. The TV wasn't working, and the bed sheets were stained and reeked of neglect - it's clear they weren't washed properly. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone."

Rooms were ok,needs proper maintainence as well washrooms need to be renovated. Room service was not done proper untill asked for like providing of blankets. Owner seems to be not aware of these problems , he was very kind to us.

For proper utilise the geisor, the switc control always in management control. When u need hot water call the reception...thew switch on. It is the general practice in budget lodges.

Worst experience for my stay on 20.06.25 & 21.6.25. This is not a Universal Residency, it is only a Lodge. Room No.201 was allotted to us. The rest room sorry the toilet available in that room is more worst than road side toilets. please be considered not to be listed on your hotels list since such type of hotels will spoil your image.

It’s not a hotel, it’s lodge with just room. No restaurant, no parking, no towel, no toiletries, cleaning and hygiene is not maintained. Bed size is really small, smaller than queen size bed for 2 people. Washrooms are dirty and unhygienic. Room does not have any ventilation.

It is a medium budget lodge, not a hotel...correct. Suite rooms only having king /queen size bed....already you seen all out lodge information on online. But you choose a lower price deluxe room only. But you expect queen/king size bed? Why? Anyway thanks your review...we will try to improve our facilities to fulfill like you..... lower budget guests.

We are in prime location near to Tiruvannamalai central bus stand, 50 feet away from girivala path and just walkable from temple. So we have no own parking, but we arranged paid parking facility. Thanks for your review. Here afterwards we give more concentration on cleaning.

It is in prime location of Tiruvannamalai near central bus stand on main road. So unable to have own parking. We guide to nearest 2 minutes private parking. We try to improve the washroom facility. It is a middle class lodge...If we arrange lift facility...the price will increase. We will do soon. Thank u.

The room was horrible. Wash room is not cleaned at as all. Stinking and stains in the commode. TV is not working. AC is not working. No towel, soap , paste given. Room is too small and the lights are not working. Only 1 tube light is working. They took 300 rupees extra for AC charge… and the room boy demands money for nothing. No parking. We had to park half kilometre away in an open space by paying 100 rupees.

Due to more crowd, tiruvannamalai annamalaiyar temple near and surrounded many roads closed by police. No vehicles, cars are allowed in temple area. But this lodge is situated near bus stand and walkable from girivala path. So i reached easily the lodge from bus stand by walk. Next this lodge is walkable to reach the temple with 5 minutes. So we need not get auto for visit temple. This time i booked with 862 rupees a low price, because i got "last minute deal" offer. I think no chance to get a decent stay place in tiruvannamalai with this lower price.

The room was spotless and well-kept, with good service throughout. Its proximity to the bus stand makes travel easy (can walk from Bus Stand), avoiding overpriced auto fares. A pleasant stay overall—I highly recommend this hotel.

It's a bad experience. It lacks basic amenities like dustbin, bedsheet, etc. We were allocated a room in third floor for which don't have lift and stairs are also very steep. Waste of money
