Hotel Nala Residency

Had, booked a double bed deluxe room on 6 sept 25, very bad experience. Firstly, you have rowdies in reception who don't know the basic customer service knowledge, not even a basic humanity, they treat us as if we are availing free accommodation, secondly, no drinking water bottles given, when asked they told us to buy from nearby hotel, next, the room was not even worth for, the bedsheets, pillow covers, door mats, towels nothing was clean. The fan regulators didn't even had knobs to use, so many mosquitoes no repellent was given, for two guest one toilet kit was given, the room is prone for infection to the guests, no hot water, the room service was worst they keep on chasing you asking money Overall, inspite of seeing 1 star in reviews took a big risk of booking room here

Facilities are not good. I booked 3 bed deluxe room 2 in no, but i got 1 deluxe 3 bed and one 2 bed, and if I ask, they provide extra beds, and breakfast is also not good

I stayed there in triple room, building is old but rooms are neat and clean. But price is bit high and its not worthy the amount we paid.

The hotel is located at a prime location and has decent parking space. But the rooms are not great, it's so outdated and also not well maintained. The complimentary breakfast is average. They assured breakfast time is 8am but it was available from 9am only.. In total, their stay was not worth what I have paid It's a low grade stay.

Ac, hot water and electricity supply will be in the control of reception. For every thing person has to go and request in the reception area. No provision of package drinking water, mineral water meaning of them is a water filter in the corridor. No breakfast. Never ever include breakfast here, they will bring you parcel of idly and vada from opposite road side hotel. Towels are not available. Blankets and bed sheets are in terrible conditions.

Poor reception at Hotel. Poor quality of entire facility. Terribly bad. Unhygienic. I will never recommend.

It’s an old building with old equipment, wall are discolored, washrooms were also not that good, room was not getting locked easily, receptionist was not that friendly. It’s an average stay but overpriced for the amenities provided

Visited temple ,receptionist makes false promises, of Darshan, i don't suggest.

I am not in this hotel.because hotel manger was chitting to our group members.

Hotel poor in hospitality

location is perfect on road, with no need to search for restaurant but Rest room needs service for leaking pipes no hotwater too

Rooms not cleaned properly fully dust, Restrooms are not cleaned room service and restaurant reception nobody pickup landline calls, they are wantedly avoiding the call

Actually not worth of cost the room was . little far to temple . delay in response for breakfast and room service

Hotel is good but experience to have too hygienic in rooms particularly rest room's and bed sheets. over all experience is good to have stay. Thank you for confirmation of hotel by fulfilling my requirements.

The location is quite convenient—just about 500 meters from the temple, roughly a 10-minute walk. The food served is purely South Indian, and if you're comfortable with that cuisine, it's quite satisfying. The service is commendable, though the amenities could use a bit of improvement. Sorry i havent take any photos of the property. hence unable to complete 3 step.

The property was average but the owners specially male owners were very rude, they didn't answer the questions properly. In the food we found a hair on reporting the hotel staff took it fast from our hands and threw it and told that it's was not a hair.

Room facility and food is good, parking should improve and customer approach travel guidance should not be money minded
