    properties centre of the city and it is near to rock beaches and French colony, the step was good rooms are very clean and all the animated are proper but the owner is asking extra to amount to use kitchen and also the maid request to pay extra amount for cleaning the utilities.

    The AC did not work properly in both the rooms. It wasn’t cooling the room even after running for entire night. We faced heavy mosquito issues and the caretaker didn’t do anything about it. My mom and dad who are blood pressure patients couldn’t sleep entire night due to ac not working and mosquito issues. Worst stay ever.

    Excellent service provided by the house owner. Facilities like, water, heater 2 bedrooms with A/C, neat wash room are good.
